Matteo Savazzi
Matteo Savazzi is a PhD student at the Physics Department of the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon.
He graduated in biomedical engineering from the Politecnico di Milano, where he received his BSc and MSc degree in 2014 and 2017 respectively.
During his Master's theses, he focused on endoscopic image classification by means of machine learning techniques.
He is currently working on WP4-task10 of the EMERALD project. His current research interests include dielectric characterization of tissues and microwave imaging algorithms.
